Home Care Concierge is our go-to construction expert! We rely on Bob, Alex and the rest of the HCC team, under Peggy’s coordination, for all our construction projects - big and small. HCC recently completed an overhaul of our master bedroom and bathroom quickly, efficiently and with great care. Before that, we upgraded the stove and microwave, complete with a new beautiful Talavera tile backsplash. Lots of compliments from our guests! Before that, HCC handled a complete kitchen remodel for us, and built a front patio and back deck. Whenever we need any construction work, HCC is our first call. We were very pleased with the work Alex and his crew did rebuilding the foyer in our house. We had a foyer with leaking skylights, leaking windows and failing dry-rotted support beams. We have worked with Vanberg Construction plus the Home Care Concierge team on construction, repair and home maintenance projects large and small for many years. Without exception, each experience with Vanberg and HCC has been terrific, and every person involved in all of our projects has been exemplary in their particular professional skills and their personal qualities of kindness, consideration and helpfulness. We live in an older (ca. 1940) home. Old homes often reveal surprises that turn seemingly simple projects into larger, more complicated jobs. For us, one such project developed into the complete rebuild, from the ground up, of the large deck that runs the length of our house. The finished product is impeccable – a beautifully designed and constructed new deck in perfect harmony with the style of the house. Truly, it is the crowning glory of our home. All homes, new and old, require maintenance. Vanberg’s Home Care Concierge division provides an essential, hugely appreciated service. Additional to the convenience of having a trusted resource, someone to call no matter the category or scope of one’s home maintenance need, the HCC annual inspection can catch small problems before they become big ones. For example, several years ago during our annual HCC check a water leak was discovered under the house, something we were not aware of and that would have caused significant damage had it not be found and dealt with right away.
